Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CommercePix AI, operated by AISellerKit ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

"Outputs" means the images and assets generated by the Service. "Credits" are the units consumed to access generation and retouching features.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

CommercePix AI is designed for lawful e-commerce, product marketing, and creative workflows. You agree not to upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use it to develop a competing product.

5. Your Content and Generated Outputs

You retain ownership of the Content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your Content solely to provide the Service. Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable Credits, you own the Outputs you generate. AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and we do not guarantee that Outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for reviewing all Outputs before commercial use.

6. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Access to generation features requires Credits. Credits are consumed when model API calls are initiated. Failed generation tasks may be eligible for automatic Credit refunds according to product logic. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We reserve the right to adjust Credit pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services, and changes to those services may affect the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
